1. There is a 2 hour minimum charge.
2. Reservations must be cancelled within 48 hours to avoid cancellation penalty.
3. We will not transport or be responsible for the loss of cash, jewelry, or other high value items.
4. All times will be rounded up to the nearest 1/4 hour.
5. Start times are estimates only. We could arrive slightly early or late.
6. Damages and/or losses must be reported prior to completion of shipping.
7. No damage claims will be honored until the bill is settled in full.
8. Smart Move is not responsible for any prior damage, repairs, defects or weaknesses in objects, or items improperly packed by anyone besides our staff.
9. Charges begin when the moving crew leaves our place of business and stop upon their return there upon completion of transport.
10. Long-distance moves and special items may have an alternate set of terms.
